These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raceday Legend online subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing to Raceday Legend, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.

1. Definitions

a. Tipping Data: Tipping Data refers to the horse racing tips, predictions, and related information provided through the Raceday Legend Service.

b. Personal Data: Personal Data refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual user, as described in our Privacy Policy.

c. Membership: Membership refers to the subscription to the Raceday Legend Service, entitling you to access and use the tipping data and related services.

2. Subscription and Membership

a. Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee for Raceday Legend is payable in advance. At anytime that there is a change to the fees 30 days notice will be provided

b. Free Trial Period: The first two weeks of membership will be provided free of charge, starting from the date of initial subscription. After the trial period, a paid subscription will be required. Access during the trial may be limited.

c. Fee Changes: Raceday Legend reserves the right to change the subscription fee. Any changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the website at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

‍3. Cancellation and Hold

You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions in your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied, but no refund will be given for the current billing period.

4. Expert's Tips

All expert tips and data are provided based on information available at the time of entry into the Service. While experts may update their tips after submission, Raceday Legend is under no obligation to update or modify the tips. The percentage statistics are calculated based on the tips submitted to the Service and do not account for external sources where experts may place additional tips.

Raceday Legend reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Raceday Legend is a tipping website designed to have fun and to compete based on win ratios. In the event that there is any dispute with any information provided on racedaylegend.com the resolution outcome will be decide by racedaylegend.com and no further consultation or communication will be accepted or entered into.

9. Force Majeure

Raceday Legend will not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures).

a. Cancellation: You may cancel your Raceday Legend membership at any time. Once you delete your account your subscription will no longer be taken from your payment account.

4. Experts tips

All experts tips and data referring to the experts tips are based on information available at the time of loading their tips into reaceday legend. These experts may change their tips after this date and raceday legend is not under any obligation to change these if this is the case. The percentage shown for all experts will be based on the tips that are entered into the Raceday legend website. These experts may place tips at other locations which may effect their statistical results, however Raceday legend will only calculate on those entered.

5. Privacy

b. Sharing of Tipping Data: Raceday Legend may share tipping data (not personal data) with all members for the purpose of enhancing the overall service experience.

6. Liability and Indemnity

a. Liability: Raceday Legend makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the tipping data or statistical results provided. You acknowledge that horse racing is inherently unpredictable, and your use of the Service is at your own risk.

b. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Raceday Legend harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms
